When will my order be delivered?

Products are shipped from Decatur, Illinois, USA. Standard US orders take 3-7 business days once they leave our warehouse. International orders take 10-30 days due to COVID-19. Shipping times are an estimate only. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse which we strive to fulfill immediately and no later than 48 hours after your purchase was made, under typical circumstances. Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of our shipments, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your patience & support. We will get through this together!

We accept secure payments for both domestic & international customers via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal & Wolfhusl gift cards. You may select your perfered payment method at checkout. If you have ANY trouble, contact us immediatly. Costumer service is our #1 priority.

What is a "Pre-Order" item?"

A pre-order item is an item that hasn't be manufactured yet, or that isn't on sale yet, but will be launched at a certain date or time. Please be aware that pre-ordered items will typically be shipped 3 weeks after the initial purchase. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for delivery due to COVID-19. All pre-order sales are final.

100% Satisfaction is everything to us! We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy that starts the day your item was received. 
 
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. 
 
- If your item was damaged or faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund or exchange. 
 
- Once your return item is received by us and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email advising you of the status of your return. 
 
- Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

T-Shirt Care Instructions

I get asked this constantly so I want to give you the exciting news!
 
All of our shirts are high quality, screen printed graphics & will last for the lifetime of the garment itself! It is not necessary to wash inside out or air dry to protect the graphic. You may choose to do so to extend the garmet life, but it is not necessary for the graphic alone. Coming from the vinly printing t-shirt world before creating the Wolfhusl brand, I understand the concern because I have seen the affects of cheaply made graphic tshirts. Rest assured that quality assurance is only second to our customer satisfaction!
